Our Ministries
ACO originally started with only one ministry, the Student Discipleship Ministry (SDM). Through the dreams of staff + students, we’ve grown to six different ministries that serve East Africa in their own unique ways.
SDM
ACO’s foundational ministry. Staff invest in college students by sharing the Gospel, leading small group Bible studies, and discipling key students.
New Beginnings
Crisis pregnancy center that offers support for teens during + after pregnancy as well as offers post abortion counseling.
Pamoja House
“Pamoja” means “together” in Swahili. SDM students work with community centers to train others in useful skills, so they can support themselves and their families.
Frontier
ACO staff engage current SDM students, graduates, and local church members in short-term mission trips to regions where the Gospel has not been reached.
Container 4 a Purpose
Customized 40-foot containers ready to go, delivered and set up efficiently within ACO Communities. Each container can be used to fulfill a specific need in that community.
